1.1. The Maldives Mega Lottery (“Promotion”) is organized and operated exclusively by the platform.

1.2. By participating in the Promotion, all players automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. The Promotion is valid from December 12 to February 2.

1.4. Only verified accounts with accurate and up-to-date information may participate.

1.5. The operator reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any time.

2.1. The Promotion is available to all players aged 18+ (or legal age in their jurisdiction).

2.2. Employees, agents, or partners of the platform are not eligible.

2.3. Multiple accounts by the same player are strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may lead to disqualification and prize cancellation.

2.4. Only deposits made from legitimate payment sources owned by the player are allowed.

3.1. Players must make a minimum deposit of 1,000 MVR to receive one lottery ticket.

3.2. There is no limit on the number of tickets a player may obtain.

3.3. Additional deposits generate additional tickets.

3.4. All deposits must be submitted via the official Telegram bot: @BetPirateLottery_bot.

3.5. Deposit slips must be uploaded as a document, not as an image.

3.6. Players must include their Player ID in their message for verification.

3.7. Ticket issuance will occur automatically after successful verification.

3.8. Ticket numbers are final and cannot be changed, transferred, or exchanged.

4.1. Each ticket contains a unique set of digits.

4.2. Ticket numbers are generated randomly.

4.3. Tickets cannot be sold or transferred to other players.

4.4. Only verified tickets qualify for the draw.

4.5. Players are responsible for ensuring they receive their ticket before the draw deadline.

The total prize pool is 5,000,000 MVR, allocated as follows:

7 matching digits → 1,000,000 MVR (1 winner)

6 matching digits → 100,000 MVR (up to 10 winners)

5 matching digits → 10,000 MVR (up to 100 winners)

4 matching digits → 1,000 MVR (up to 1,000 winners)

3 matching digits → 100 MVR (up to 10,000 winners)

5.1. Matching is based on exact digit order.

5.2. If the number of winners exceeds the maximum per prize tier, prizes will be awarded based on the earliest verified ticket submissions.

5.3. A player may win multiple prize tiers only if they have multiple unique winning tickets.

5.4. Prizes cannot be substituted, exchanged, or transferred.

6.1. The draw will be held live via an official broadcast.

6.2. The draw results are final and cannot be appealed.

6.3. The draw will use a certified random generation method to ensure fairness.

6.4. The operator is not responsible for internet outages, delays, or connection issues during the draw.

7.1. All winning players must undergo account verification if requested.

7.2. Verification may include ID documents, deposit history, or proof of payment.

7.3. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in prize cancellation.

7.4. Suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.

8.1. Prizes will be distributed within 72 hours after the official announcement.

8.2. All winnings will be credited to the player’s real wallet.

8.3. Large prizes may require additional security checks.

8.4. The operator reserves the right to delay payouts in cases of technical issues or required verification.

8.5. Payouts will be made in MVR only.

9.1. The platform reserves the right to disqualify any player for:

Using fake or duplicate accounts

Fraudulent deposits

Manipulation of payment systems

Abusing the promotion

Submitting altered or fake deposit slips

9.2. Any fraudulent behavior may result in permanent account closure.

10.1. The operator may modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, especially in cases of technical issues or force majeure.

10.2. Any changes will be updated in the official channels.

11.1. By participating, players acknowledge that chance-based outcomes cannot be influenced.

11.2. The platform’s decision is final in all matters related to the Promotion.
